The Sarai Reader 2006 is out for a while. The theme is TURBULENCE and I contributed my text "Download Downtime." It was a joy to work with the Sarai editors who were extremely professional and generous. You can buy the book and/or download it. Essays include "Collaboration: The Dark Side of the Multitude" by Florian Schneider, "This Morning, This Evening: Beirut, 15 July 2006" by Walid Raad, "Playing Wild!" by Andreas Broeckmann, "Locative Dissent" by Jeremy Hight, "Cement and Speed" by Michael Taussig, and Turbulent Spaces of Fragments and Flows" by Felix Stalder.
